Our rental inventory ranges from cozy one bedroom apartments near town to eight bedroom homes offering seclusion and privacy. A large number of our homes are also available throughout the Spring and Fall.

The homes on this site are organized in accordance with maximum occupancy. Homes on Block Island have fragile Wells and Septic systems. Occupancy rates are strictly enforced. Please select a home that fits your families size. Please view the map on the site for location of all houses.

We welcome inquiries via e-mail and phone, but all reservation must be done over the phone or in person.

Policies

One week rentals require a 100% deposit. Two week or longer rentals require 50% deposit with the balance due upon arrival. All deposits must be received within two weeks of booking your reservation or your reservation will automatically be cancelled. A security deposit ranging from $300-$1000 is due upon arrival payable in the form of cash, Money order or certified check. Personal checks will not be accepted.

No pets are allowed in any of our rentals. No exceptions.

If you need to cancel your reservation your deposit will be returned to you when the entire time period has been re booked and paid for.
